There doesn’t seem to be a way to have a list of files I reviewed. Some comments are visible under “Recent Activity” but it seems, this works only for documents marked “Significant“ and the text of the comment is not complete. Am i looking at a wrong menu/location? Or could such a functionality be added?

I too would love the ability to view old documents that I have reviewed.

You are right @troubledcappuccino, there is currently no way to see a list of documents you have previously reviewed. @Omerta_Archetype I hear you too.
This is a feature gap I am going to address. The review system does track who reviewed what on the backend, so the data exists. What is missing is a user-facing “My Reviews” page that shows your review history with the full comment text and links back to each document.
I will add this to the development queue. In the meantime, one workaround: if you remember roughly when you reviewed something, you can check your browser history for Epstein Documents: 2.1M+ Court Filings & DOJ Releases | Epstein Exposed URLs.
