Disappeared DOJ Documents

Hello Community! I thought it would be a good idea to create a single thread for DOJ EFTA documents that have gone missing / disappeared / removed from the site. Here is one notable missing file I found today.

Note that the allegations are unverified, and the victim/accuser appears to be known to the authorities. I am posting this not to vouch for the allegations, but simply to point out that these documents are now missing from the DOJ release and hence appear to violate the Epstein Transparency Act.

DOJ Links (missing documents):

Evidence

I located a JMAIL-email, which led to a DOJ link which is no longer working. The document describes a 2014 sexual encounter with Trump at one of Epstein’s parties, and other allegations involving e.g. Bannon. At least five EFTA files are listed for this: EFTA01660657, EFTA01660658, EFTA01660659, EFTA01660660, EFTA01660661. None are available on DOJ anymore.

Verification Status

  • Unverified X (unable to click the box)
  • Partially verified
  • Cross-referenced with known records

Priority

Significant. We should request the pro-victim congresspeople to urgently request DOJ for these missing documents before they’re gone for good. It is especially concerning that their removal does seem to implicate a conscious cover-up for Trump. Either that - or the original JMAIL email is a forgery.

Great initiative creating this thread @J4Vic. Document disappearances are one of the most important things to track.

Some context on what we already know:

  • The site has ingested SHA-256 hashes for approximately 1.38 million documents across all 12 DOJ datasets
  • We have a dedicated integrity monitoring system that periodically checks whether documents are still available on justice.gov
  • Dataset 9 (531K documents) has had some of the most notable removals
  • All known deletions are logged with timestamps in our database

There is a public integrity dashboard at Document Integrity | Epstein Exposed that shows stats on verified vs missing documents.

This forum thread is a perfect complement to the automated monitoring. You will sometimes catch things faster than the automated checks, especially when JMail has a copy that we can compare against. Keep posting any removals you find here.

Wow! I have no computer programming skills, so I’m so impressed by your work.

A question: can this dataset also show the exact date when a DOJ file was removed/disappeared? Can we see on which day certain EFTA documents were removed, and if entire clusters were removed at the same time?

Sorry for the stupid questions, as I know little about programming etc..
