I’d recommend a sub-class under documents and emails.
For email, this could include:
- included on the email to/from
- included in large group/distribution
- was mentioned as a known individual
- was mentioned as a celebrity - for example a press clipping.
For documents it could be similar, but would need to account for ‘primary subject and secondary subject’..
