The Express news outlet is reporting “claims appeared in the Epstein files, with an FBI report from July 2020” describing Andrew witnessing Maxwell torture a six-year old girl with electric shocks. This is also being reported by The Mirror and Yahoo News (not the most reputable sources, i admit).
I’m hoping for some assistance looking for any relevant documents in the database relating to these allegations because currently there’s nothing in the Prince Andrew dossier for the 2020 period. The supposed tip was filed in 2020 with the FBI and pertains to events in the 1990s. In particular I would like to identify this FBI tip and ensure it is correctly linked with Andrew’s dossier.
I believe we are only scratching the surface of evidence against Prince Andrew.
I am new to the site and i’m finding it difficult to return document results even related to any generic keywords as it often returns nothing or fragments and even documents including single letters from the search at times. Searching with only category FBI Report between 01/07/2020 - 31/07/2020 returns no documents; is it possible this has not been indexed or am i searching incorrectly?
Any tips searching for FBI tip reports by date?

I hadn’t searched existing posts in the forum about this because a user has posted an incredible timeline of events involving Andrew, including the torture allegations in 1990s with document source. Citation #1 in this comment:
EFTA00040577 - “Bryan Miller” states Andrew is an accessory to a girl’s murder in the 90s.
However, i don’t think this what the press are referring to as this is an email correspondence and not an FBI tip.
This is the EFTA the Express was referring to: EFTA00020457. There are elements in their story that could be looked into if the authorities wanted: the buried hood figurine; testimonies by other children from those children’s homes; the police report made of their father; the text message to their father by G Maxwell, etc.
That said, the kid was so young at the time that names and faces can get blurred. Might not have been Maxwell torturing the kid, and the recalled “electric shocks” might have been from a vibrator (equally awful, though). Torturing kids with electric shocks does not seem to match Maxwell’s profile, and correspondences by her suggest she did not approve and was not usually present or even aware when girls younger than 14 were being abused. The documents suggest that the below-14 pedophiles was a male-only circle, Maxwell was not invited into those rooms.

I ran a search through our database for documents linked to Prince Andrew around 2020. Here is what I found:
EFTA00020457 (Dataset 8) is the key document here. It contains allegations from an FBI report referencing Andrew’s presence during incidents involving Maxwell.
The Prince Andrew dossier on the site currently has 100+ documents linked, but J4Vic is right that the 2020 period has gaps. Some of the documents that would fill those gaps were among the ones the DOJ removed (see the Disappeared DOJ Documents thread).
I will flag this for deeper investigation. The details J4Vic mentioned (the buried figurine, children’s home testimonies, the text message from Maxwell) are all leads worth pursuing through the other datasets.
For anyone else looking into this: search the site for Prince Andrew and filter by date range 2019-2020. Also check Jmail for EFTA numbers in the 00020000 range from Dataset 8.
There is a tip! I don’t know if I put it on my timeline or not. I needed to take a break for my mental health and my work got hectic. The document is EFTA01249597 and I’ll check it’s on my timeline!
Why is it so hard to search for a specific document? EFTA01249597 - when typed into doj I got nothing, but a google search took me to a site called Dig where they had it referenced to doj. Am I searching the wrong way, or is the doj just trying to make it harder to find?
@Omerta_Archetype I had this problem today, but not yesterday. As with the “begin reviewing” thread my guess is site maintenance activity. I searched key text in Jmail to get the EFTA as a workaround.

Thank you everyone who has put their time and effort into digging for this information. I want to get back to piecing these things together for the site but i distanced myself from the information without realising i had done for a few days.
As much as i want to make these connections which have been hidden and buried for so long, engaging with particularly young child victim testimonies is hard on my mind.
I was shocked when i reviewed emails regarding Andrew using RAF bases to meet with Epstein to find the same day an ex prime minister urging the police to investigate exactly this. It wasn’t my discovery at all but it felt like i was looking behind the curtain.
